has put this area together for brides who may not be able to book our services
because we are not available. All you have to do is input your budget and the
number of guests attending. The form will open a NEW Window and you will be able
to see the NATIONAL AVERAGES in each area. You may print that page for your use,
or you may adjust the numbers then resubmit it. It will then put your numbers in
a budget format and allow you to print your actual budget out. REMEMBER, Rings,
Honeymoon, Rehearsal Dinner, etc... are all part of your budget!
For our brides, this
information will be kept online in your personal area.
The next area you will
come to is our Beverage Calculator. The Beverage Calculator will help you when
you have to purchase your beverages for your reception. It is figured on a +/-
5% so you may be a little over or under, but it should work out pretty close.
There is also a form just below that for a Beer and Wine Reception. Use
that form for a reception if you are only using Beer and Wine. It is imperative
that you put the number of reception hours down. Both calculations are on a
minimal number of children attending. Add a 2 liter of cola for every 4 children
in attendance. You may even want to add Root Beer or Orange Soda instead of the
Cola.
All these results will
come out in black and white for a printable version. You can print them just by
hitting the Ctrl+P at the same time.!
