We were going to put all
of the kind letters we receive from all of our clients, however,
this one is from a client who didn't book us for their event.
A DJ is a DJ, right?
Kerry, I am writing this because I really screwed up and caught all
kinds of heck for it. We never had the fun we had at our holiday party as
when you did it. Well, we tried to save a few dollars in our budget and went
with someone a little less expensive. When I was asked, "Where is the
guy we had last year?" and I told them that we cut back a little, I got the
same comment from just about everyone, "Bring the DJ back from last year
and we will chip in the difference."
Needless to say, that says it all. I know that it is 12 months away (as our
party was last night and I figured I'd better get this out) and even my husband
gave me a hard time for going with someone different. So, If we could have
our standing date back with you (as a reminder, it is the 1st Friday
in December), I would appreciate it. I hope you are available, or
I have even more explaining to
do.
