of earlier start times. Delivery Charge may apply.)
*Weekly Rate is Mon-Fri 9am Monday - 4pm Friday.
Weekend Rates are twice the Daily Rate. Not included in Weekly Rates.
All Rentals over 1 day require Insurance and Delivery

own Cyber Cafe for a Trade Show, Seminar Group or other event. We quote these on
an as need basis and prices do include 1 tech on site for Cafe Only. Does Not
Include AV Tech Services. Anywhere in Continental US, Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.
Need at least 3 month notice to fulfill Cafe.
E Logo Light is an Intelligent Light the Displays your Logo within
the Venue at your Booth or on the wall.

F Our Laptops are Pentium M class Processors, all have Office Suite
Loaded in for your use as well as External Video Availability, 256 DDR Ram,
Sound Cards and all have Windows XP Operating Systems, .Minimum 24x CD-RW DVD

G Our Desktops are Pentium 4 2.4g Minimum with Office Suite Loaded
for your use, minimum 256 DDR Ram, Sound Card, and Windows 2000 Pro, Minimum 24x

H Our Stage Lighting is guaranteed to be the lowest around. Please
call the rest, then call us to see the difference. We don't charge extra for
extension cords. Or Trussing when you are renting lighting packages. Intelligent
Lighting is available.
I Technicians are based on an 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Work Day. Additional
Hours are billed at $35. Per hour
Powered Podium Comes with a Wired Microphone, Speaker (Enough for 200 people)
Powered Presenter comes with Wireless Microphone, Head Set or Lavaliere
Microphone and fresh batteries.
Great for the free wheeling presenter who moves around the room. Enough watts to
easily be heard by 300 banquet or 500 theatre.
***What others charge for 2 speakers, we have the whole Unit set up and insured.
Cyber Cafe is a temporary internet hub that you can set up for your attendees
of a conference or even sponsor a Cyber Cafe at the next trade show or
Conference you attend. We have all of the computers, you decide how many
stations you want and we work with the hotel or Conference venue to put in your
cyber cafe for attendees to check email, follow up on a website or check a
bulletin board. Your site is always right in front of them! A great way for
attendees to feel comfortable knowing they can check email and still attend the
conference. Minimum Stations 3 No
Maximum.
